My recent stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel was an absolute dream come true thanks to the efforts of the Front Office Manager (Mr. Ahmed Hashem). From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable service and treated like royalty throughout my entire stay. This luxurious hotel surpassed all of my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories.
Upon entering the hotel, I was struck by its stunning architecture and elegant decor. The lobby exuded an air of sophistication, setting the tone for the remarkable experience that awaited me. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the staff (Mr. Muhammad) went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and valued as a guest.
My room was nothing short of breathtaking. The attention to detail in the interior design was evident, from the plush bedding to the tasteful artwork adorning the walls. The room was spacious, exquisitely furnished, and featured state-of-the-art amenities that catered to my every need. The luxurious bathroom was a sanctuary in itself, with a deep soaking tub and a rain shower that provided the perfect respite after a long day of exploration.
The culinary experience at Arabesque was a gastronomic journey like no other. The hotel boasts an impressive selection of restaurants, each offering a diverse range of cuisines prepared by amazing chefs.

I had the pleasure of trying various cuisines at their restaurants, and each meal was a delightful journey of flavors. We booked for 2nights in this beautiful resort n then we extended for one more day.
The resort is very beautiful it's a perfect place to enjoy n relax with ur family. The staff was very kind, specially Mr. Nasir from front office desk he was very kind n we have been upgraded to suite.
The food was good the F&B staff was also very kind Mr.Mirza, Mr. Bilal, Mr. Karan, Ms. Roshni infact everyone was v good.
Life guards Mr. Soju n other Sri Lankan guy I don't remember is name were helpful.
We would love to visit Bahi Ajman Hotel Palace again n again.

Starting from reception; room ambiance everything was perfect EXCEPT the food. We took the full board package and realized that same food/ preparation is served with little bit of modifications and garnish which was certainly not expected. Thanks to Mr Saad who identified us as repeat guests and tried his best helping us out of the box. Did not find value for money this time.

Healthy and delicious food, very friendly personal, especially in pool bar.
Good location, with clean warm sea and good area for walking after dinner. Just go left, to Ajman Marina and you will find a good place to visit with your children.
Very good coverage of WiFi everywhere, including the beach area.
The management is also very professional and friendly.
We had some troubles connected with the noise in our room and we were proposed to change our room even to more expensive one without additional charge.

They provided great recommendations for local dining and activities, and I felt truly taken care of during my stay. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to many popular attractions, yet still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.
