Worst service ever i went to the store with my friends last week excited to buy a dress as i saw a nice design of a dress i loved i asked the guy there if the dress is available for my size & i even tried the other color & he assured me that my size is in the factory & assured me by friday it will be available but i came back there no dress and they told me stories & they told me according to their book it's ready tuesday i reasoned and understood because the other guy in the deira store was much more understanding along with the filipino young lady.Tuesday came i messaged them the guy who answered me was not honest with me & he never gave me clear answers & i knew something was wrong now today i came to your store same issue,no communication,no showing of remorse for someone coming far and paying for service i didnt deserve to be treated the way i was treated today i asked for a refund & they refused tried talking to the people higher i wasnt heard .If this how you treat customers then thats really bad ..Im truly am disappointed in how things were handled.
