This has been by far the worst customer service I have dealt with over the last 10 years of my intense perfume shopping. I am shocked to see this kind of attitude in the UAE. I have not come across such an arrogant and ignorant Asian lady manager with glasses( my sincere apologies as I was not able to get her name else I would have named her instead of describing her) who just stood there humiliating us and treating us like some sort of lunatics. I stood patient as the woman was pretty old and I did not want to make a scene. But to the dear management, I would like to let you know that having such kind of unreasonably ignorant staffs would affect your buisness drastically. This was my first time in your shop and it definitely is going to be my last time. I also intend to write and take up this matter to Al Tayer head office as the behavior displayed was very barbaric and it does not reflect well in a civilized society like ours. Very very disappointed Al Areej team. To my surprise, a lot of other customers have said the same thing in your page and that shows that this is not an isolated incident. Please do your due diligence on this matter.

Unfortunately there is no 0 as bad service and bad customer service even on the phone from one person name ADEL and advice for every one don't buy perfume from there I spend almost 1000 AED for perfume and it last for only 20 second not original at all especially below one

Worst attitude from the staff
I was inside the store no body asked me if i needed any help or helped me when i asked
And almost like 9:45 they turned off all lights i wasn't able to see any thing and said it's automatically turned off she think i'm stupid
I asked for price for some items she refused to tell she said i already turned the system off even thought i was inside before they were about to close i couldn't buy what i was holding in my hand so i had to put them back they just want to leave weather you wanna buy somthing or not they dont even care about costumers at all

Poor service! As soon as you enter they surround you as hounds, and follow you around and scrutinise extremely like the customer is going to steal. It was not just one person, it was the entire customer service following my steps needless to say I couldn't stay there even for 10 minutes. Felt very humiliated worst shopping experience, not a welcoming environment.

I dont advice anyone ✖
they refuse to change makeup products
and the mistake from their employees
and they are more expensive ????
