After an awful experience with another surgery I called Ombersley for their help. They saw me the same day, and set my mind at rest. I have since moved my whole family as permanent patients. Fantastic service and great staff.

My partner and I have recently moved into the area from two different surgeries. We have been delighted by the care and quick responses we have received to date. All of the staff have been courteous and have done everything to reassure and treat any issues we have had.

We have recently moved to the area after 47 yrs with a previous practice. Our experience so far has been generally positive. The staff have all been friendly, courteous, responsive and helpful to us. In addition, they were very helpful and provided appointment time when we needed assistance with young grandchildren visiting from abroad.

I feel thoroughly disappointed with this surgery since having my little boy (during covid). Granted I have visited the surgery to be seen more than I would like however I have always come out feeling deflated and feeling like I have been a nuisance.
I am an anxiety sufferer and feel that all my concerns get dismissed and put down to ‘anxiety’.
Poor communication between colleagues.
Have visited several times and been asked ‘what I’m doing there’.
Feel terribly let down by this surgery at the moment.

This used to be a good surgery before Covid, however they have not moved back to normal world ways of working. The standard default is a telephone appointment: well sometimes I want to see a person that day!! General feeling that as a patient Im an inconvienience, with the surgery being run more as a business and not as a health service. The practice partners should take a good look at themselves and perhaps ask the patients how they would like their surgery to be run. Pharmacy staff for me have always been very helpfull and ok to deal with. Front desk "wanna be doctors" not so.

Was told my symptoms were just anxiety, and I was yelled at to calm down and get over it. A week later I was admitted to hospital for over two weeks with liver problems. I do not trust the level of care at all as they evidently don’t know what they’re doing, they’re also exceptionally rude and can’t be bothered with their patients.

horrendously bad. Zero service. I missed call for my test results. managed to get through to a rude receptionist after 50 minutes of waiting who tried to tell me required further testing, but didn't have the knowledge to do explain anything. Was told would be able to speak to a doctor 9 days later for a telephone conversation. Have moved practise to else where in Worcester. Made my health feel a complete nuisance

I had my Covid vaccine today and was really impressed with how efficient the whole system was. Lots of enthusiastic volunteers made the whole thing easy. Even with the queue in the car park I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and didn’t feel a thing!
I didn’t expect to get a vaccine before March at the earliest so well done and thank you Ombersley medical Practice and all your volunteers for really getting stuck in and looking after your patients so well!
I did hear that the Ombersley medical practice gave more Covid 19 vaccines yesterday than were given in the whole of France: amazing!
