What a brilliant pub. This is a proper old school pub with an amazing landlady. There is a great atmosphere with the locals and we had a brilliant time staying for the live music. One of the best nights out ever. Can't wait to visit again.

What a great pub. Fantastic landlady, brilliant host. We had a brilliant time there on Saturday with a live band thrown in.
We'll definitely be visiting again

Great old school pub. No bull, no false glitz. Good beers. Good juke box. Happy and friendly crowd. Dogs walking around. Places to sit. Conversation can be heard. What a cracker of a bar.
Need to know where they got the awesome posters from in the Gents loo!!!

Proper old school pub. Brass and wood as opposed to chrome and glass. Really nice staff and happy relaxing atmosphere.

Friendly local with good range of beers and ciders. Great for watching sports - if there's a match on you want to watch that isn't the "main event" they'll put it on a separate screen for you. Not the kind of place I'd go for a family meal or a night out, but great for a casual drink with mates.
