This was not a social visit. It was a sad occasion to celebrate the life of a friend who had passed away. The buffet laid on and service was good. I cannot comment on the atmosphere during normal operation as this was purely a wake and not appropriate to comment.

It was a wake, so a bit subdued, but the place was lovely, and the sun was shining, so the cricket pitch looked brill.
The staff were friendly and polite and the beer was cold ????????

Brilliant place. Very friendly and attentive staff. Lots of things to join in on like darts and table tennis. Food is provided for occasions like birthdays and funerals.

Great club. Very friendly and good atmosphere. Pool table inside . Great cricket club for watching / playing in the summer. Great selection of drinks. Lots of Gin options. Beers and Lagers. Definitely Recommended for a christening / funeral etc. Sky sports on.

Bolton Balloon Fairies was asked to do some balloons here for a Christening and what a lovely place this is. First time here and we noticed how friendly the staff were, the patio is a lovely place to relax and unwind whilst watching the cricket teams plays. Would definitely recommend having a stop here if your wanting to try a new place to have a relaxing drink
