Will not refund if the item is sold incorrectly. Shocking customer service. No managers to speak to, just kids serving
Would never buy there again.

Total fail in customer services and I do believe goes against the 1979 sales of good act Uk.

Don’t trust Games warranty policy.

I purchased £99.99 headphones that snapped within 2 weeks.
Took back to game straight away.
Was told to buy £50 cover and to claim off game cover.
I refused to do so as I thought it was a scam for these guys to sell you another product to cover their KPI (sales tactics)

Was advised to then get in contact with turtle beach. In which I did so.
Turtle beach have opened an exchange case with a reference number and asked me to contact point of purchase for this.
I have emails of discussion with turtle beach.

So I went back to GAME BLUEWATER. 16/01/23 spoke to Toby assistant manager
Who said it was against their policy and that there was nothing they could do. As this was turtle beach policy and not GAME policy.

I asked for the store managers name but was only give the name Kathrine, she was in store but I guess she didn’t want to deal with me even tho she was present the moment I walked in and explained my case to Toby.

When I asked for point of contact for head office I was advised to call or go through the online portal.

I tried both.
Called GAME HEAD OFFICE , Monday 16/01/23 at 2pm, line was closed and recorded message was to call back Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30
(Total fail)

I then tried the online portal.
After filling in; name , email, address. It asked for order number and point of sale. I filled in at which point there was no response.
I did this 5 more times to the same result.
(Absolute fail)

So much for customer service!

Do yourselves a favour. Buy direct from manufacturer and skip the middle man.

It was busy when we cane here. Staff are very helpful. There was still stock on the shop floor
We found Cluedo couldn't beleive it. Happy kids happy home

This store as with all game stores deserves to be shut down. Rude, unhelpful staff. Sell you game ‘on offer’ for the switch in particular and don’t care to inform you that the game is a download code because ‘they already have a tiny print on the box stating it’s a code’ who on earth buy’s a downloadable game with a box??? Ridiculous and the cheek to tell you well we don’t need to tell you, not but it would be polite!

This company is dead, all there shops are closed and the few left are placed in the stupidest places, let this place end, what a shame they used to be good

Traded in an old console, was told 60-90 minutes wait time. After 90 minutes returned, they apologies for not contacting me but my trade was ready to complete. Excellent service from the team in-store, albeit a lot of upselling during the final till run. Would return again though due to great service.

Great stock, the price is a little high when you consider Amazon prices but you pay for the personal touch. Unfortunately we were qued behind a very zealous member of staff who was trying his best to up sell insurance to a customer meaning we stood for a while before we could make our purchase. The lady that did come to serve us was incredibly polite and quick, she gets Game the 4 stars
