Love the half half tea and I almost go daily to order the cold hibiscus tea.. it’s the best!
The location is not friendly as there are not enough parkings in front of the restaurant
Prices could be less but overall their service is really good.

I tried many things from this restaurant and every item was good. Their karak is one of the best in Ajman. I would say the prices of the other items are slightly higher than market prices but it’s definitely worth trying.

Always crowded. The place should be expanded as there is no enough room to accommodate many people.

Very delicious teas. The black tea is phenomenal! Only for 5 aed. Karak is amazing too. Only for 1 aed. The teas are very aromatic and authentic. Such a unque way of presenting them. Must try!

Their acai is for 25 dirhams for a reasonable portion
Tea is a too sweet for my liking
Karak is sweet as well perhaps they need to adjust the level of sweetness
Tried their cheese/egg maska (8/10)

Istikana Tea is a renowned tea shop in Al Jurf and Humaidia district in Ajman. The shop is owned by an Arab national who has his kith and kind staying around this area. The shop is known for special tea and karkad tea a variety of tea made from some natural herbs mixed from his home and brought to shop. The tea business is brisk. Cars of VIP nationals stand in que for this special tea from morning till late at night.

The best part is you can take away the glass too. Not a chai fan but this is a must try spot for chai lovers.

The Best tea ever !
its sensational.. its one of a kind !

Not mentioning their divine Hibiscus or thier Qurs ( قرص بالتمر )

I guess I'll be driving to Ajman weekly if not Dailly after this experience!!!
