The tower is updated much more than before but some floors have very small bed building

Staying here like for 2 yrs.
Other things r ok…but very bad
Parking management.
Very hard to get a proper parking & need to fight over it. Security guards r all stupid. They don’t know anything & keep changing. Lots of old dirty broken cars r occupying parking spaces, & they don’t do anything about it!

Has a wonderful sea view. Due to the apartments being owned by multiple owners, some are maintained well while many are is a dismal state. The area is a minor tourist hotspot with a beach and many restaurants, bars.

The building has a swimming pool and two gymnasiums (separate for females and males) and the elevators are really fast (ear-popping-ly so).
