Had a terrible experience with Dayef Real Estate with our apartment in Garden City Ajman especially the service of Mr. Altaf. They failed to provide assistance when Im complaining about the leak in the windows causing rain coming inside our apartment. They just said this is a common issue in Jasmine Building. I checked with my neighbors in the same building and they are not facing that issues. We sufferred everytime its raining. Dayef Real Estate failed also to do maintenance in our apartment when we decide to renew the contract. We just requested basic maintenance like fixing the lights and the door knobs, they give false assurance that they will do the maintenance and when our contract is over - those promises never came into reality. I communicated to Mr. Altaf one month prior to contract ending our desire to renew the apartment. He is not transparent and did not disclose all fees and hidden charges. So, we decided to move out and found a better place. Now, they are pressuring us to pay 1 month full rental when we agreed that we will only pay the days we stayed in the apartment which is 21 days. Mr. Altaf is threathening me that he will encashed the security cheque worth 2,000 dirhams if we will not make maintenance on the apartment. This is unfair that we will do maintenance that they failed to do so. We left the apartment the same condition when we move last year, tenancy contract is with the original owner prior to the apartment being sold and handled by Dayef Real Estate. Until now, they are not returning the security cheque though we already paid the 21 days rent and submitted the Fewa and Sewerage clearance. Now they are pressuring us to pay 1,500 dirhams for the maintenance which is not fair on our side. This is the worst experience so far with a Real Estate in Ajman. Not recommending to my friends at all. ????

Dayef Real Estate is the worst real estate we have experience in Ajman. We signed the tenancy contract with the original owner. No maintenance has been made on the apartment as we took the apartment from the previous tenant as it is. On thr 2nd month of stay in the apartment, original owner sold the apartment and new owner handled the management to Dayef Real Estate. Dayef failed to provide us good support when we raised safety issues we had in the apartment. Even during pandemic, they do not care about our financial situation instead they pressure us to deposit the rent in advance though our payment is every quarterly. They also lied to us when we are about to renew the contract. They failed to be transparent about the fees and charges and made it hidden to us until the day of contract expiration. They even promise to do maintenance on our apartment and even send one of their staff to survey the apartment and check the things to be fix. When oir contract end, Mr. Altaf told us they will not do any maintenance work. Due to poor service and we felt deceived by Dayef Real Estate, we decided to leave the apartment. We have submitted the Fewa and Sewa clearance and paid the 21 days rent as agreed. Mr. Ali issued as a receipt and promised to return the security cheque. Mr. Ali LIED to us and did not return the security cheque and threathening me that he will encashed the 2,000 aed security cheque if we will now pay 1,500 for the maintenance which is very unfair to us. He made terms that if we paid the full month rent for August 2020 then he will release the cheque. We are left without any choice but to accept his terms than losing the 2000 aed cheque. We paid the remaining 10 days worth 678 AED and I demanded a receipt and he refuse to give me one. It is evident that the money will only be put on their pocket and not with the new owner. We are not recommending Dayef to my fellow kabayans as we have very bad experience. Too much greediness and not caring to his tenants.

Nabeel, Abishek and team are all ready and willing to help when I was struggling to rent a flat last year. They gave payment arrangements and processed everything quickly so we can move in to the flat asap. Whenever we have maintenance work needed, I just send them whatsapp message and they send someone right in to fix. I highly recommend them. Now I renewed the flat with them as my agent. Im very thankful and I appreciate all their hard work! ????????

Very good communicator, responsible, profesional and person that we can trust. They give you advices guidance. They spare no effort to provide the best service.
I would like to thank Mr. Nabeel Sultan as he was the first person dealed with me to find out my flat easily and with passion 4 years ago, since that time they still serving me in a professional way.

I have checked many real estates but DAYEF is the one of the best real estate. They’re services and support is too good, till now I didn’t get any issues and whenever I need support immediately they are supporting and helping
