Drove in here after 4 hour journey from Aberystwyth, heading for Leeds, West Yorkshire, having first followed the right hand turn for Services only to find we were on a road. Towing a caravan, we could not turn round but carried on until we joined the A5. and finally arrived but couldn’t find the caravan parking. First stop, the loos. No toilet paper in first cubicle and no roll holders in any cubicle. In gents there was no loo roll! Went to Gregg’s for decaff coffee, it was from a bag and looked like dishwater, totally undrinkable. We were given a refund. Then went to Starbucks self service bar. No decaff coffee there so decided on peppermint tea. Put the bag in the cup and pressed for hot water. Nothing! Informed the till assistant who shrugged her shoulders and said “must be broken”. We left in disgust and won’t be visiting again, no matter how desperate we are.

I visited Esso EG Oswestry recently and it was a most enjoyable.
First of all access and exit from the petrol station is good.
There are plenty of petrol pumps to choose from so you do not have wait long for a petrol pump.
The petrol pumps are modern pumps and dispense fuel quickly and efficiently.
There is also a shop attached to the petrol station is good if you need any provisions.
I would recommend a visit to the Esso EG petrol station in Oswestry.

Great for cars & motor cycles, but no parking area for trucks or coaches.

Great Burger King on site. The food was better than what I expected. Mc Donald's could learn off these guys.

There is a Morrisons garage up the road ! Go there where you will not be robbed !
This Esso charges an extra £2.15 for a box of cigarettes !
It may sound like not much but it's actually horendous !
Plus the place looked like a bomb had gone for construction work ! The owners should be ashamed of thereselves

Asda now, what a dreadful place to shop compared to Tesco and Morrisons, pretty poor and expensive

A very small services, over priced everything and toilets like walking into a swamp. Exactly what you'd expect.
