Terrible service, i have paid and submitted all the required documents to get the cables and meter fixed and everytime they give a date and keep delaying it. When i visit the office they confirm it will be done in the current week and when check with the call center they give a different update that the documents are pending. Taken a token at 8:16 and its 8:46 the staff is just doing nothing sitting and gossiping wasting time. I have never faced this behavior with DEWA.

They took the wrong meter reading and the bill came tremendously high of 3700 which should be around 500 or 550. Its since 2 weeks i am following up with them on mail and phone call, they are saying its under process. Its time for the next reading now, I dont know what to do.

Well I am not surprised with the negative comments for FEWA on google reviews.
FEWA ajman has absolutely no consideration for its customer. They have a call Centre based emergency support via 991 and they are practically of no use. They are called an emergency help line but they do not help in case of emergency.
We are in the process of relocation and put in a move in request.. we were informed by our building watchman that they have activated our connection. Trusting FEWA decided to move on Sunday only to realize on Saturday that only water connection is active and electricity is not.
The fewa technician came and only activated the water connection and simply forgot to activate the electricity.
We now have to reschedule our shifting only because of an inefficient technician. When we call FEWA emergency help line they say this is not and emergency and they would activate this on the next working day which is Monday.

Horrible service by FEWA.

Bad and Slow Service,I have raise the request for MOVE OUT in Ajman on 30 Mar still the FEWA not disconnected,they telling that to process the request it 3 working days even they will calculate the first day of request created.

Not it been 4 days still the line not disconnected.

I have been charged for rent from my landlord.

Ajman Sewerage authority is good it done in 5 Min I got NOC.

Beware if you have any kind of dispute with your building and they cut your ETIHAD service like water or electricity you won’t get any support from ETIHAD.

I needed to submit my clearance certificate application. In order to do it physically in the centre you need a PCR test. So we decided to do it online. When started doing it online the site told us the Business partner number dose not match the ID. I called the customer service the guy told me that The system does not havethe updated information so just send an email to customer service and they will update it by today. Sent and email, called them again a lady told me that it will take 2 to 3 working days. Customer service sent another email to send them the scan copy if The ID. Which I did. After 10 mins they send another email saying that it can not be updated online you have to go to the office and do it. Then why give wrong information? Now we have no other choice pay for the PCR test and go to the office. What if we were not available in the country or someone was sick. They had to physically go to the office and update it? Extremely unhelpful.

Fewa has no values or consideration for residents. I have never been late paying fewa. We recently paid 37k to transfer from aqaar to fewa, on top of that monthly payments of water and electricity. We have not been notified to create own fewa account, as aqaar is paying on our behalf. Today they cut off my electricity without notice. Again, I paid everything. I came home from11 hr shift. Tired, hungry, sleepy only to find out that I have no electricity. No one could help us, I just joined work from 4 days of being sick.
Now I need to sleep through the night and save my phone battery. I lived in ajman to save money, but i Didn't know my experience will be like this.

Honestly, one of the best bus stops in Forest Hall....unless it rains, a huge puddle forms in front of the stop and there's a possibility of getting soaked!
