They don’t even deserve a star, the worst online order I made in the UAE; they never stuck to their appointment, and after they received the payment, they stopped answering me. They said 5 to 6 working days, but they have already ten days and I didn't receive them. And just received a message that they will send Sunday, which means 15 days!
I don't recommend them, save your money and time they don't treat their customers in a respectful way as well.

Worst customer service team ever. We ordered a mattress (semi medic). It is the hardest mattress (we didn’t expect it to be hard as stone). Haven’t used the mattress even once.. called the sales person Mr. Haseeb and he refused to exchange even on the same day of delivery. If I could give half a star rating I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Poor product, poor quality, poor customer service. Like others have said don't even deserve one star. I purchased a children's bunkbed, they said (before I ordered) it would take 7-9 days, ended up taking over 2 weeks. I finally received and refused to accept delivery as the quality was so poor and the bunkbed feels like it will fall apart in no time, there are holes drilled in the wrong places, rough edges, drawers don't fit properly, the ladder feels like it will fall off, and looks nothing like the pictures on the websites. After a few WhatsApp's and phone calls with the Manager, he said there are no refunds and they will try and fix everything. But the point was almost everything needed fixing and remanufacturing! In the end their delivery guys just left it there and now ignoring all my calls and WhatsApp's.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - you could get the same, if not better from Dragonmart for 1/3 of the price!

We requested a custom made “Floating shelf” (shelf without visible mounts) and the product delivered could not hold more than 4 books before bending and throwing whatever was on the shelf. When we requested they fix it, they said they cant and that they couldn't provide a refund either.
They later started to ignore all our calls and messages. 1/10 would not recommend, there are much better and more respectable companies that will provide better quality for cheaper. These guys don't care about the customers at all. Once their payment is received, they will ignore you. No warranty or guarantees.

Thanks to Umer Usman for customising a shoe cabinet as per my requirement. Shoe cabinet is really good . I liked it a lot.

So I ordered a couch and loveseat, the order experience and selection went fine, they even confirmed my selection and fabric color. The reason I give 3 stars is the delivery. I was given a delivery day, so I had my other couch and loveseat removed that morning thinking everything was fine. By late afternoon I called just to be told something happened with delivery service and they were not able to deliver until the next day. Nobody called me, I had to call them. Was told it would be delivered the next day, so the next day I had to call them to confirm if the items were going to be delivered. Whoever owns this company could make more money if the staff was more efficient. Probably will not order from again

Customizing experience was very bad. Customized a wardrobe made full payment in advance and asked for full mdf material, but the backside and drawers still they made with plywood and plywood having visible gap which cannot be fixed. And customised product received with many things which were not as discussed.

Bought a 3 piece double chaise sectional sofa online
Mr umer Usman assisted us via watsapp ,he was very patient to our needs ,assisted with ease and patience and catered very well to hat we were looking for ,from helping us choose colors ,to customizing the ottoman with the required size ,he did it all and he it’s ease .
Date of delivery also was expedited.
Would certainly recommend .
Vey happy with the product as received .
