Good location, close to many major spots like the mall, and Lulu shopping centre and connects to the highway to Sharjah and also has a pretty decent sized super market and dollor store, and decent restaurant below and nearby. Has designated bus stop and is good for travel. The quality of the building is detiriating and constant repairs are going on but is tolerable.

The apartment is very spacious, building is clean, there are some maintenance issues but the administration works on

Over all its worth , u have a big playing area and in ground floor u have everything , mall, food court , exchange , mobile shops , pharmacy etc. covered with nesto , safeer and co operative malls and super market. U will have small issues of maintenance but not major. As long as owner is taking responsibility u don’t have to worry. If u compare dubai and shj rents these towers are much cheaper and 24x7 with good facilities .

A residential and commercial building located just 2 minutes from Nesto. There are four blocks. Majority of the apartments are leased for sharing accommodation.
In the basement there is Ajman Cooperative Supermarket and Stores like Chickings, Ammis Pasteries etc.

A good Place for shopping,eating,and spend the time . There is a food court you can just relx and eat. The appartments are OK......
