Amazing gym
Coaches are really helpful. They really want to come and help you and are very humble.
Best coach is Appu. Genuinely always try to help you even if you don't ask.
Great equipments. They keep changing and get new equipments.
Good atmosphere of the gym.

Been training at this gym for the past 4 years, helpful staff and coaches. I’ve been training with Apu(coach) for over a year now and I’ve noticed huge changes in my physique. Would definitely recommend him as he trains with sincerity and never complains no matter how many times you approach him or ask him for help.

Samson(trainer) is always there to help as well whenever needed. Overall real good coaches.

I have been going to this gym for 3 years now. Best gym in Ajman, I must say. Highlights of this gym are there coaches, especially Appu, who tries to understand your fitness goals and design workout plans accordingly. Appu is one reason for me to continue with this gym as he helped me in transforming my physique.

Wonderful place and great equipments. All the coaches are very friendly and helpful. Specially coach lucky. Great motivation for each person to reach their goals.

i ve been going to fitness1 gym hamidiya for a few months now and I have to say, it has been a wonderful experience so far! The facilities are top-notch and the equipment is always well-maintained. But the real highlight of my time there has been my trainer,

Appu. He is simply the best! He is knowledgeable, motivating, and always pushes me to be my best. The results I have seen since starting with him have been amazing and I feel so much stronger and healthier. I highly recommend this gym and especially trainer Appu to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

I have been going to this gym for many months now with my 4 friends.
We often workout together and don’t necessarily need help much from coaches.
Most coaches are very friendly and help but there is this 1 coach that is very much off that mark.
I believe his name is Appu. Appu likes to shame people at the gym and make them do wrong exercises. There have been several times when Appu has started calling people at the gym names such as stupid and other wrong words.

I strongly recommend management to take action on this before someone get real hurt. Name calling shouldn’t be tolerated at gyms expecially by coaches.

I usually don’t give reviews but recently I saw a review about a trainer for whom I have travelled from Dubai to ajman for over 2 years.
In all the places I have been where they charge you for personal trainer here in fitness 1 there is no personal trainer fee. Appu trains each person under him with dedication as I have been training under him for the past 5+ years. If you really want to train to be up there..train with Coach appu!

Kids love this pool which has a flume, wave machine and toddler area. And a cafe where you can spectate. Family changing rooms are really hand with small kids in tow.

If you actually want to swim at a time that suits you its impossible as there are no dedicated spaces between the kids jumping in, and families throwing balls. Some behaviour notices would be great; or maybe 'swimmers have right of way'. I'm not that much of a cummugeon as it's great to see kids enjoying themselves and learning to swim, but as an adult swimmer I felt in the way and unconsidered.

Tried phoning to book health suite before arrival..this was at 910am but kept ringing out, tried 3 times with no answer so decided to turn up and see if we can get in. 2 reception staff chatting and finished their conversation before noticing us waiting. Got to the health suite which was looking old and shabby no water as out of order. The sauna done its job.

Lovely town, we don’t know why we never visited before, lovely harbour steeped in history also still is a working fishing town, lots of shops on the main high street people are friendly and talkative so make extra time for your visit. Ample pay as you go parking reasonable rates, we stayed about three hours not a really enough time to appreciate the town fully.

This is such a fun pool for kids & adults, it has the wave machine going on every hour & half hour & it has a long flume shute but non swimmers can't go on it. It does have a couple of things for toddlers & it has a bubble area in the pool as well. My only problem is that it could do with another disabled changing cubicle but all in all it's a great place to take your kids.

Great place to take the kids. It can get busy, so arrive early or expect to queue.

Waterslide and wave machine will keep kids busy and there is a shallow area for younger kids/babies.

The only negatives are the tiny change rooms and the undrinkable coffee ☕️ at the poolside cafe.

It's great to have a pool to swim in,we're so lucky to have this on our doorstep. However, it's also great to have one with a usable flume, not forgetting the wave machine. Good changing area and shower.

Went into the swimming pool with my 2 daughters 3 and 8 . Could only last 20 minutes before getting out as my daughter's lips were blue because it was that cold. Even I was cold. I have no other issues other than that it is what it is. Feel like a waste of time travelling for 20 minutes fun.
