The best gym in ajman by far, and has amazing facilities. The staff are very friendly and are available at a moment's notice.

The cardio section has more than enough equipment even for during peak hours, with treadmills, cycles, ellipticals and walk master machines.

The weights area has multiple sets of incremental dumbells from 5 lbs to 150 lbs. With various Benchs including sitting and incline.

The weight machines include all types from pectoral fly, chest press, lat pulldowns to rows and various variotions for iso and traditional pull and push machines. Great equipment for legs with the quad extension and calve raises machines.

The also have a good collection of cable machines as well as a set of smith machines.

The pool is fantastic and temperature controlled with clean showers with unlimited body wash. They also have dryers for wet clothes.

The gym also has a sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs.

There is also a open training facility with squat racks, climbing machines and boxing area.

There is also a hybrid basketball volleyball court.

There is a small food stall with well portioned food high in protein and also sells pre workout.

It is definitely on the pricey side but honestly the comforts outweigh that and the comfort of the gym motivates you to be a repeat goer. They also have excellent trainers.

I joined fitness time pro Ajman branch, i will definitely recommend to others, this is one of the best gym neat clean good equipments

The staff is so helpful in guiding to reach your goals in particular swimming Coach RANIE help me to overcome my fear of swimming and he trained me how to swim & today I'm a swimmer, his coaching is one of the best and I recommend to others.

Good Staff & Good environment ???? ???? ????
This is the best place to start your fitness journey.

This Gym has excellent facilities and is well equipped. They have also got professional and friendly instructors, especially in the swimming pool section. I enjoyed doing my fitness exercises there. I highly recommend anyone who is a gym-lover to visit and try.

Great gym. Complete equipment and amenities. I'm a swimmer and include swimming in my training so the well maintained pool is a big plus for me. Gym staff and coaches are friendly and approachable. Overall, best gym in Ajman.

Fitness time is the best gym I ever joined with all facilities sauna, steam, swimming pool, jacuzzi hot ???? and cold ????, running track, apart from all other gym machines and cardio equipment that you don’t need to wait for.
In addition to that, well experienced trainers with all respect to all coaches I’ve joined with coach Jamal as a private coach who transformed me to new Wassim.

Great basketball court, great swimming pool. There are many utilities like open training areas, cold pool, hot pool, sauna, steam room

Why do i have to call saudi arabia if i have a question for this branch in ajman? Im a member at the gym and i cant even contact the reception. I have to call saudi arabia to ask a simple question. Please add a number

Not quite as good as Bude's offering, however, the Barnstaple tunnel is an engineering marvel, built in the 90's using modern technology for the time, the tunnel provides shelter and fun for people from all around.
