Nikki is the friendliest, most helpful taxi driver we’ve ever used. She always turned up on time as promised and was really flexible sometimes picking us up and dropping us off up to 4 times a day. Due to an incorrect description on our holiday home, we ended up in the middle of nowhere with no transport when we were under the impression everything would be within walking distance. Nikki saved our holiday and also suggested new places to stay next year. Absolutely brilliant service!

Like to thank the lovely lady of Bay Taxis for being so pleasant, funny made our day after walking lots lots and lots of miles, taking us back to RHB with our dog. Thank you so much.

My experience was fantastic. My friend Lynn and I were 50 minutes later than the original arranged pick up time and the response every time we rang to say we were further delayed was friendly and helpful. We were driven from RHB to Filey late at night and had a good chat and giggle with the couple who run the firm. Thank you so much - highly recommended from us. ????

We got a taxi here from Robin Hoods Bay to the Hook House farm campsite. Efficient service carried the journey ok ok but one problem. I’m complaining about the lady who drives the taxi who seemed a little rude in a couple of ways- as she said two naughty words (not as an insult but in conversation) which I think is the slightly wrong behaviour for people she doesn’t know. The other thing is she seemed a bit falsely apologetic of her swearing and she was a bit rude saying “I need to go to Whitby” after the taxi ride, in a I haven’t got time way. She was probably feeling awkward of how I took her bad language but could’ve been worse.
Overall nice and quick taxi.
But not getting this taxi again, with the rude lady

After completing the Coast to Coast walk and ending at Robin Hoods Bay I booked a taxi to Scarborough. As it had been raining my partner and I were both wet, cold and tired. I asked the driver if she could put some heating on. Not only did she refuse but also mocked me for asking!

How hard is it to drive somebody from A to B and not insult them!.

The worst taxi ride ever.
