Had a vegetable soup. It was too much salty and bad taste. I used to have it regularly from them. I complained, they took back drained the soup and gave with new soup water maybe. End result was very bad soup. They never came and asked again if soup is ok . They just billed it even though it was kept untouched.
Bad customer service.

Absolute experience that I have got from this restaurant. There dishes are reasonably cost and high quality and quantity. There service part is exemplary. All over best restaurant for birthday programs and other celebrations. There mixed grill is awesome

Visited this place 2 times.
Ambience and hygiene - 4/5
Their shawarma and broasted chicken are really good.
But the grilled pepper chicken - average.
Dynamite chicken - below average. The sauce was overpowering.
The juice Arab special was said to have avocado, dates, banana and mango, but only the taste of banana was in front.
Overall the food was just average, except for shawarma and broasted chicken.

We ordered Filipino Lechon Manok, it was delicious, and what we like most is the presentation of this...they put it under the charcoal griller on your table...it was hot and smoky.... It looks cool ????

The zinger burger is just delicious. Me and my wife used to take burgers only from McDonald's and kfc. But after having x dine's zinger burger we became their regular customers. These guys always offer the best service. All items comes with an affordable price

I won’t hesitate to give XDine 5 start for their best food bit also for their services to customers. After rejection from KFC and Pizza Hut Ajman Corniche at 1pm even closing time was 4am, decided to explorer something new and found XDine.
We ordered charcoal black pepper full, chicken fried rice and chicken lolly pop and all of them were great in their taste. Prior to main meals served complementary soup was also so nice in taste. Hygiene was superb and washrooms was so neat an clean not like KFC or pizza hit always wet and dirty.
After getting this service and rejection from BIG giants I would request everyone to support these kind of stand alone small restaurants and shops as KFC PH etc already have many customers and their pocket also full of money don’t bother to serve from their hearts.
Must recommend to every one XDIne.

Well worth getting to the airport a little earlier to chill out in the lounge we had 12.30 to 3.30 slot booked through the barclays travel pack option fr9m the bank and booked through the app so got the lounge booked for free (usually 44 pounds for the four of us) gas cans of drink in the fridge so handy to stock up on before the flight, the lounges are busy these days so you need to book. Chicken curry and rice was really good, stuff struggled to keep up restocking the food but did just about keep up, it's clean but toilets could do with a little maintenance. Great view ????

Had an amazing breakfast here! A great selection of hot and cold breakfast items (the sausages were the best I've had in while! I think I had four in the end ????). Coffee was good, as was the selection of cold drinks available!

If I could highlight a couple of (TINY) faults, some hash browns would be nice (although other potato based foods were available) and a proper table and chairs to sit at while eating would be great (only lounge chairs and tiny tables were available).

I had previously been to the same brand of lounge at Dubai and it was comfortable and convenient.

Expected same here. Should have read reviews. Seats, floors, table surfaces all filthy. Food edible but not great. Had to ask for fork and plate as none available at buffet.

Very few locations to charge devices.

I cannot overstate how dirty the place is. Ingrained stains on soft furnishings and carpets, grime on hard surfaces, discarded drinks and napkins on tables.

It closes at 8pm so too bad if you have a late flight.

Considering the price it's absolutely disgraceful.

I am not a person who normally reviews things, but this place was the nastiest filthiest lounge I have ever been in in my life. The photos speak for themselves. We were there at 9:30 in the morning, so it’s not like it was at the end of a busy day. The food was as gross as the furniture and the bathrooms. Don’t waste your time. The general seating in the airport is 100x nicer than this dump

Plaza Lounge is just a basic lounge the food choices is just average, the food on offer is acceptable, pasta, white rice, chicken and a certain curry, there is a bar for wine / alcoholic drinks and there is a library quiet area for those who want a bit of quiet before the journey

Very basic lounge with everything just being passable. 4 options of hot food: pasta, vegetarian meatballs, chicken, and plain rice. Small salad bar without cheese/cold cuts selection, either generic chocolate muffin or fruit salad for dessert. All the other lounges that I’ve been to were better.

Pretty good lounge, however was quite packed. There's a few other lounges in the area, so definitely give those a try as well. The food was okay, and the soft drink fridges came in handy.

Good stop to just grab some food before your flight, however definitely give the other lounges a try

Formally the virgin upper-class lounge.
Spacious but busy. Bit grubby though, seating areas could have done with a good wipe over.
Went for the prosecco offer and definitely got value for money
Food was OK, limited selections but got offered breakfast and lunch. Free house wine, beers and soft drinks but no draft lager available when visiting.
Staff absolutely amazing here, from the reception to the bar staff.
Clean toilets.
