Hamdan fitness center is a great place to workout! Amazing and well trained staffs . Equipments are well maintained and sanitized in a timely manner. If you are in ajman then its a great place to workout.

Its really a good health club. And as a parent I really appreciated your effort to carry out the summer camp karatte section. Continue it after summer vacation. Kids really enjoyed.

This is the 2nd best fitness/gym you can find in Ajman for the affordable price, The first best gym in Ajman is for sure fitness time Rashidya pro 16+. They usually have offers time to time and its been one year or one year and half the gym has opened. It has total of 4 floors the first 3 are the gym equipment's and the last one is cardio gym/acrobatic/boxing/yoga. The equipment's are very clean and new and you can imagine everything they have for biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders, full back, full back sides, Full leg workout machines. The only problem is that 1)They don't have shower 2)they don't have locker room to keep your belongings as of now. 3) they don't have washroom inside the gym but they have it outside. Overall the gym is perfect to build your body.

My Self Roshen Alexander i had joined H Fitness Ajman on 2022 june 8th last 1year i loose around 25kg from 120kg to 95kg its not my achievement all appreciation to my 3 trainers.

Most of the machines are imported and very much functional.profitable in fee and more secure for ladies❤️

Awesome spot on the Tarka Trail. Lots of preserved parts of the railway in this area, the Instow station platform, road crossing, signal box and a great long tunnel a few hundred yards towards Barnstaple

This is for railway lovers. On the Tarcker trail so you'll pass it if you walk along the trail. The rail line is short but they sometime do open days when you can ride on the train.

Good place to start your walk or cycle along the Tarka trail. Its flat and there are good views of the estuary.

Pity the signal box isn't open more often, I frequently walk past when I am out with my dogs and one day I will go inside! Looks interesting enough.
