This place has 80% ladies Abbayah shops, to my observation mostly customers visit this place due to Al Fardan Exchange.

Very few TV channels, some of the channels are not clear at all, uncomfortable sofas, and one of the defects of the apartment is that there is no microwave in the preparatory kitchen.

A nice shopping centre in ajman.
You can find games area for kids at 2nd floor. Each game 1 or 2 aed only.
