Hamam Malki done by Iman is super amazing. I have never experienced such amazing services. The receptionist Nadia was very warm and welcoming. Pedicure and Manicure by Rose and Marlyn was detailed and meticulous.
Must visit place
They are very friendly and cooperative staff
Hygiene level is well maintained
Thank you for serving me today
I am definitely coming back

I personally know this place. The experienced staff were all gone due to abuse by the owners and bad treatment. They replaced with new staff who are inexperienced, plus the new managers who doesnt know their job well resulting to bad performance.

All the experienced staff are gone. Service was slow, painful and place was untidy. Not worth the 'special ' price paid.

I had infection in ma nails the tools was not cleaned..in da same day I went to the hospital to do Surgery for clean up and my nail has been taken..so bad

I rang to check whether they did duvet cleaning. Was told they do and an approximate turn around.

The turn around was shorter than predicted. It was a great price.

And when I said I couldn’t get their for 4 Anita arranged to stay on a little to be accommodating.

Very impressed.

I took in a brand new Dorma 1000TC SK size quilt cover that I had just purchased.i did the first wash at home and was horrified to see ???? there were black marks all over the quilt. I just could not remove these marks.i thought it was ruined.Then I thought about the ladies at the cleaners.From our first meeting the lady was so helpful and optimistic.It took about a week for one of the team to stand and treat each individual mark.I am thrilled to say they got out every mark.They have saved me a lot of money,and charged me a really reasonable amount. Im sorry I didn't get any names but Thank you to the team involved.Exellent service.

We have been customers of Barnstaple Dry Cleaners for over 16 years and in that time we have found the service to be consistently excellent. All the staff are very friendly, professional and courteous. Turnaround time is fast and the front desk is managed very efficiently. You never have to wait long for drop or collection. Particular thanks to Bev and Avril for such great service!

Took in a bed topper, although for a double bed it is the size of a single duvet . It was classed as a duvet on the docket. It cost £50 to have it cleaned. So so expensive. I should have asked how much it was going to cost before I left it. I could have bought a new one. First and last time.

Opens only Tuesday to Thursday 0930-1300. Talk about putting the customer first. Wish my business could operate at hours to suit me!
