Abandoned park, mostly sand and construction debris, surrounded by abandoned construction site. The only place that you can have a walk in and a constant reminder of this unfinished area. Maybe in the next 10 years or so it might be developed. Main developer never responds to emails and keeps removing my comments asking for updates on social media.

The growing community outside Al jurf industrial area, has potential to grow to a great residential area, requires more access to public transportation, power and communication facilities cabling to all buildings.

متسخة جدا و ترابية غير مشجرة و غير مخدمة تحتاج عناية كبيرة
