Good place, i like living in emirates city because is close and convenient to go to any place in uae. Far from the city hustle just enjoy the peace and calm of desert

There's a missing road on Google maps when you search for Emirates city directions. Whereas the road actually exists. Google tells you to go ahead and come back after a u-turn.

Amazing apartments and flats.. very near to main rain and commuting is easy to all locations.. there are two super markets insides where all kind of house hold items are available. Parking facility available as well.. very comfortable.. the view outside is awesome.. we visited this place as my brother stayed here and we loved this place ..

The city’s works are in progress. At present there is only a small prayer room in the city. A mosque with a Jumu'ah is essential. Those who do not have a vehicle on Fridays find it difficult to go to Friday prayers.

I have heard the electricity in this area is fixed so Is it worth to invest in emirates city ajman ? I believe this would take more than 3-5 years for the area to serve bare minimum..

Been living here for more than 2 years now, bought an apartment in 2017 for investment and after covid felt like it's better to move to an owned property.

I really find it peaceful here, if you're in a building that has FEWA already connected (Lilies, Lavender, Fortune and not sure if more were added) then electricity bills are fairly cheap, water still isn't connected (atleast in Lilies Tower) but should happen sometime soon.

My problem living here and this might be just my experience in Lilies Tower only is that the finishing of apartments is very cheap, I had to fix a lot of things in my apartment to make it acceptable, I still need to do a lot of work over the coming years, walls weren't properly primed, tiles aren't leveled,..etc. it's not horrible but it's pretty obvious...my second biggest problem is this feels like a never ending construction site more than a residential complex and it's a constant reminder everyday as there are sand and unpaved roads everywhere, only 1 small street that goes around the area but no dedicated parking spots other than lilies and lavender. It's almost impossible to have guests over without having to go down and help them park in the sand.

Also, I don't mean any disrespect by this but the majority of the people roaming the street are laborers or staff, I don't mean to discriminate but it doesn't feel like a community where you'd get to meet families or people living in the area...also the developer doesn't seem to care at all..they made a small park in the center but neglected it before even finishing it up...I feel like this was an ambitious project that turned out to be a burden for them.
