Really responsive and helpful on the phone, driver arrived on time - was friendly and drove safely. Reasonably priced, especially considering it was a train strike day! Will definitely use these guys again - thank you

Absolute legends. Our coach broke down and there were a load of us trying to get to Manchester for various concerts. They sent an 8 seater and it worked out cheaper per head than what I'd paid to the coach company. Turned up in no time and got us down the road in no time. Thank you????

Wouldn't phone these again, I booked a taxi for 1pm as I've just had an operation on my knee so couldn't walk there, we stood waiting but it didn't come so I phoned only to be told he came at 12.40 and did phone me, I didn't here my phone so he just left, it was booked for 1 not 12.40, so I was told there were no more taxis for an hour, if you book a taxi for a certain time then surely it should be there or wait, not just drive off and leave you stranded, thank goodness for Lakeside

These guys have saved my behind in many occasions when I’ve been let down by other taxi companies in Kendal.

Terrible . Do not use especially if you are a young girl alone . Took my daughter on a route she didn’t recognise and was scared . Overcharged us ,then the next day , the operator Andy , was rude and aggressive and alleged we hadn’t been overcharged . I still have the receipt for on the last time they did this journey for us for £3 less …Not good Andy. Not good at all.

yesterday we ordered a taxi from oxenholme train station to the center of kendal, the taxi came 10 minutes late than expected and when we went to tell him that it was our taxi, the taxi driver stopped to tell me that we had to order it and we realized that he had already picked up other people, when I told him that it was my taxi that had the message on his mobile, he left without saying anything, this was his car (White Toyota Avensis Reg FX67 YNJ) and we had to wait another 15 minutes more for them to send us another taxi, my one-year-old baby and I, seven months pregnant, traveled, a disaster

Awful!!!!! Booked a taxi earlier on in the night for 11:45 rang them 5 minutes after it didn’t turn up and they said they hadn’t booked me in! If it wasn’t for K cars I would have had no way have getting Home, disgraceful!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service - I had booked a car for my 84 yr old mum who managed to get off at the wrong station and got a different taxi home. The driver waited around for half an hour for her and when I called to pay for the booking they did not charge me. I will definitely be using them again - amazing!!
