Great location but the place is worn down very dirty respectfully and honestly needs to be remodeled. You get what you Pay for but nothing more. Kind of outdated. Don't recommend unless you are on a budget and need to be in ajman. Was a terrible night

ACs are broken, rooms are untidy, ref is not working properly. There is free parking but it's kinda far from the hotel.

Very old furniture, the sink was clogged
In need of new furniture and good plumbing
However the balcony view is great and good price
With good maintenance it can get better ratings
