I have used this gym to recover my fitness after falling ill. None threatening environment with friendly helpful staff. Other regular gym members are very chatty and helpful. They are proper people with no hang ups. Lots of equipment and space to move about and work in your own little area if you want to. Other classes available for all ages and abilities. Best value gym around the area for all sorts of reasons. Carry on the good work!

I can't comment on much, since I only take children for classes, but it seems a very well-equipped gym.

Great old school independent gym. Just what you want if you're looking to do some heavy duty lifting, it caters for almost all needs (fortunately did not see any space that could be utilised by the crossfit heathens), including bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman type training. The 6 squat/power racks have already been mentioned, it also has at least 3 flat bench press stations.

I been to Physique Fitness may times, this gym is amazing, its has all the equipment you need to improve fitness, strength training and etc. personally I think its one of the best gyms around Worcestershire, they offer competitive prices compare to other gyms. The staff friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Physique is a top class gym with a lot of excellent strength equipment. The prices are reasonable, and there is a very friendly atmosphere - regulars are all on first name terms with the staff/owners. Anyone new to the area should try it out, especially the more hardcore/dedicated, as the gym has a lot of passion for strength sports and proper training

I have been training at Physique for over 8 years now. It's a fantastic gym for powerlifting and also has everything you need for bodybuilding or just general fitness. All of this along with a cracking atmosphere, owner and lovely staff, makes it a great place to train.

Fantastic place with excellent staff nothing is to much trouble for Matt Dave Sarah and the team . My only criticism would be Cive has retired.
