The kits I’ve bought have all been top quality and the tools have been essential purchases for my model work. The customer service is excellent and my orders are always posted out quickly. If you get stuck, the North Western Models YouTube channel has a lot of really helpful ‘how to build’ videos that I have found really inspiring. I highly recommend North Western Models.

I've used North Western Models several times this year, Their service is first class and they stock many fine products that can be built as sold or adapted into something new or prototypical. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A first class modelling service whether your experienced or a novice to the hobby.
I would give my full endorsement to NWM for 5 star run business.

I love this company. They have excellent stock of every gauge of model railway and some very unusual items. I love the videos and information they send out on a regular basis. They have a fabulous range of tools and everything the modeller could wish for.

Although I haven’t been able to get to the shop, I’ve had a good experience with the staff!
I’d thoroughly recommend them to anybody and everybody who wants anything related to model railways; staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with people!
