In the past I have been super frustrated with the appointment booking system, but I was pleasantly surprised this time. I got through into the queue after the second call and an appointment was made no problem. I was given an appointment with Dr Noblett, I could not ask for better service, I had another appointment to get bloods taken and the nurse was excellent also, quick efficient and pain free. I've had bloods taken many times over the years at various locations, and that certainly hasn't always been the case.

I’ve been with the surgery for years. Very understanding and helpful staff. Dr Lorraine is one of the kindest doctor I know. He goes the extra mile for his patients. Thank you. E-consult is worth trying if you can use the internet, and it leaves the telephone lines free for people who can’t.

I have no complaints with the medical centre, as I have been a patient there for a number of years, and found everyone very polite and caring.

Says wheelchair accessible entrance, but the entrance isn't perfectly street level. Without an automatic door and it not being level, I couldn't get my power chair in

Can’t give a 0. So, been in pain for months & since I suffer with mental health and have been for over a decade they put my physical symptoms down to mental health. They’re a tragic doctors surgery. No wonder half the patients leave to go to fell cottage. Absolute travesty. You wait hours for them to call back for a 2 minute conversation which doesn’t help.

Just hope you don't have to contact them. Whatever is wrong with you will have sorted itself out before you can actually speak to a Dr! Honestly, I'm sick of having to try 10+ times just for the phone to not be engaged and then be put on hold for 10+ mins only to hear that they've not got any appointments for that day and to ring back first thing in the morning.

The reception staff are an absolute joke and blatant liars. I've driven twice to the surgery because it's impossible to get through on the phone and then when you do they hang up on you and leave the phone off the hook. The doctor I had seen did not know how to use the computer or was able to request a referral, so two weeks later it is only now being instigated.
Given the plethora of atrocious reviews about the reception staff why is nothing being done to improve the service? It is after all supposed to be a service to patients. Complete joke.

After consulting 101, I was told I'd need a video appointment with Fell Towers. They never rang. Surprise, surprise. The next day I contacted Fell Towers and was "promised" I was an emergency and priority patient. They assured me I would be contacted by dinner time, yet nothing again. Surprise, surprise. Now in the process of changing surgeries. Fell Towers are appalling.
