I often stop here to buy tea when I'm driving on this street. I stop here rather than the other 100s of stalls cuz they have good tea, serve fast and are inexpensive. But lately their delivery service has been taken over talabat and that will be my only complaint. Talabat delivery sucks as they are driving prices up for food and delivery through the damn roof unnoticed. Don't order but drive up here and get fresh tea.

My favourite place to make a pit stop before I drive to my work. They serve best black coffee without sugar Cox I love it ???????? I'm not a Tea lover but they have Nice karak tea. Recently had their coffee and samosa small in size served in a spl box where it has a cup holder and space for mini samosa check my photo to know about it. Parking is ample, they serve you right to your car.. So no need to get down for the order.

Very quiet location, about 10 to 15 minute walk from Budleigh Salterton. Very limited eateries, on Sundays the only place open is the Indian restaurant (Very nice). The hotel breakfast was very nice, unfortunately they do not do evening meals. There is a small bar selling bottled beers and spirits, the hotel was very quite and the bar was not used extensively. The hotel was very clean, the bedroom was also, the TV was not smart or high definition and quite small. The devan bed could do with updating. The hosts Brian and Lorraine were very welcoming.

A clean and comfortable single room with a calming view of the garden. Brian was sure to make me feel very welcome, and the breakfast was brilliant. A pleasant 10 minutes walk down to the beach. Loved it, thanks!

We had a lovely few days at the Longrange and will certainly return. Brian was an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great as well.

We have just spent two nights at the long range and it was excellent..made very welcome and the owners go the extra mile to make you feel special..we shall return..

We had a short stay at the Long Reach and enjoyed our time there , a great base for exploring Devon and beyond was made to feel most welcome by Brian and his wife Lorraine . We had a spacious bedroom which was well presented . Our breakfast was served fresh and hot , very tasty indeed also on offer are fruit and pears poached grown in the owners garden . There is also a small bar serving bottled ales and lagers aswell as spririts . would reccomend the Long Reach for anyone looking within the area .

Lovely hosts. Had a lovely 5 night stay. Breakfast made to order, great fresh produce. Will definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Been visiting here for 6 years every June. Lovely rooms, superb breakfasts and one of the best hosts you could ever hope to meet. Highly recommended.
