Hello Team,
I would like to bring to your notice that. I have ordered for a birthday cake and bouquet of flowers and Balloons on my friends' birthday. i have place this order on Sunday so everything goes smooth, by the time it was nearing for the delivery i have lost the trust, i have called the Ajman shop and spoke with some lady and confirm the order for delivery however the lady to whom I spoke she said if you can come and collect it then do it, this approach is not the right way when i have already paid for the delivery.

Now the main part I have ask to share the message in greeting by clicking photo along with the bouquet so I see how it looks however since 5pm, I was following up by calling and sending messages so they can share it, but it seems no one was interested to respond to any of my calls and message.
I have never expected this experience from Labelle at least.
when delivery was done cake with bouquet however there was no balloons strings with the cake.
So overall I had a very bad experience, for a second i thought i should have ordered the cake from cake gallery at least they would have done a good job.

Very disappointed, bought flowers at 10PM and the next morning all is dead like 35pcs of roses is completely dead. Customer service is useless. No apology no action taken. Don't order from them. Complete waste of money.They use different number to contact u and ask you the same question. I wish I could share some photos and convos to show how incompetent they are. The worst. I even wonder why they ask how much was the price, does it mean they base their standard if how much money u spent from them before they provide the service u deserve. It was a big bouquet anyways I just dont have any idea since its my husband peace offering which they think only just a gift ????

I'm writing this message from San Diego just to say the experience I had with Labelle was amazing.
I ordered flowers for my future wife who lives in Ajman and I was really impressed with their service.
As long as my future wife lives in Ajman, I'll be ordering flowers and chocolates from this place.
And a shout out to Ruweyna who assisted me throughout the process!
