Lovely stay at the Grannell last weekend.
Comfortable and clean, everything was great.
Breakfast superb.
Jo is a brilliant host and made us very welcome.

I had the new Mega Plate Carvery today and it was delicious. A huge Yorkshire pudding that covered the plate filled with meat, a variety of veg and gravy. The service was great, the staff are always so friendly and willing to help. I'll definitely be back soon.

Lovely Sunday cavery lunch at the Grannell. I chose the beef which was beautifully tasty; a good sized portion. There was a very varied selection of vegetable dishes and all the trimmings you'd expect in a good roast dinner. The choice was one, two or three courses so I opted for two however my desert course, Apple crumble, became a take away as I was beyond eating another thing.

The Grannell has a lovely atmosphere, nice comfortable surroundings, a beautiful slate floor and comfy sofas to sink into. Jo & her team are welcoming & friendly. It's worth a visit if you're in the area.

As a family, staying in two rooms overnight, we enjoyed a really lovely stay here at the Grannell. It had everything we could wish for, comfortable bedrooms, very good food, and an extremely warm welcome....!

My second stay at this hotel. Lovely, spacious room with a super large comfortable bed. The owner Jo makes you feel so welcome and she always gives me a fantastic breakfast with real coffee to set my right for a days adventures. Thank you ????

Went for dinner, food was very good all round salad bar was a nice touch and tasty. The staff were friendly and service was good and food was out quickly. Personally would like some craft beer on tap but plenty of other choice. It looks clean and tidy from the outside but could do with some flourishes some plants lights signage same inside needs a bit of decor. Its got a good size carpark and was moderatley busy when visited.
