Your favourite store is spreading its wings within Ajman. @arab.sweets has got a larger shop with much more to offer.
Plenty of bargains for items not usually found in the common stores.
We were lucky to grab some offers while we were there. So head on down to @arab.sweets You just might get lucky!

Most of the chocolates imported.

Went here on Sunday and found it to be very friendly to people and dogs.
The food looked so good we went back again today (Tuesday) and had a meal and it was gorgeous dogs were treated to some biscuits out of the jar on the bar and loads of fussing from landlady.
If you fancy going for a Sunday dinner that looks really good I would advise you book as they were very busy.
It has new owners that took it on in November and is an excellent pub that I recommend highly I will definitely call back when next down there

Well what a shame. 3 months ago it looked like things were on the up. But in the last week and the last couple of days, things have gone down hill. "The Salt" as it is known, have decided that yet again, the best thing to do for their business and the town, is to close more often and earlier each eveining. Taking yet another turn in the wrong direction. Closed 2 days a weekl, closed every day between 3 and 6 (or something), and closing at 9 pm every night. This, right in the heart of summer. Then to ad insult to injury, when they post this information on Social media and locals make very polite but true comments on the matter, The Salt decide to delete these comments, and block those locals. Meanwhile, while concentrating on that, The Salt has neglected to update it's web page, or it's google information, so visitors tonight arrived to a closed pub. It is such a shame that these people are not making smart decisions to make the pub better, instead choosing to move towards yet another closure. It is also a huge shame that their "social media manager" doesn't like constructive criticism from locals, and that they're choosing to concentrate on the wrong areas.
(That being said, there is one man in there that has vision ????).

The Salterton Arms is a fantastic place to go for great food, great atmosphere, and a great time!! Also if your looking for service with a smile and a great laugh your at the right place! It isn't based in the main high street so unfortunately not everyone knows of its where about as the are no signs or adverts around the town or seafront! I have been coming to the Salt for many years now and I have to say it's never been better owned than it is now. Kayleigh and Chris are friendly and so approachable. They don't actually take up residence here though. Craig is the main chef. He's not just a fantastic cook who orders all the food in FRESH but he's full of fantastic and tasty ideas at a very reasonable price and regularly updates the menus. Craig works all the hours under the sun and more. Hes a great laugh and knows this place like the back of his hand. Craigs brilliant and so are they all! David is the GM, he has joined the team recently and is exceptional. Very efficient, always has a drink poured at the ready, so friendly and welcoming, confident and has the gift of the gab! Best GM I've met!! Harry the Supervisor is so efficient, helpful, kind and a great handy man. Harry is first to offer a helping hand, a menu, drink or just a smiling bubbly personality. A fantastic team member. Kyle has joined from across the road (Budleigh fish and chips) hes hard working, friendly, always willing to help, Kyle is great fun, has a fab sense of humour and you can guarantee he's always smilling. I think each and everyone of the staff so far are amazing and all great. I cannot say a bad word against any of them. They are all fab kind, helpful, and just completely willing to go above and beyond for anyone! Thanks all you guys for putting that extra effort in always and never hesitating to go that extra mile. Well done to all of you and for bringing this lovely place to life again! ???? xxx

Arrived to be told they didn't start serving food until 6pm.
On the board outside says Serving good food all day. I think the board needs changing.

Nice pub serving good food all day in the middle of town. Friendly staff, good selection of drinks and varied, reasonably priced menu. Steak and Ale pie with mash was lovely and the oak smoked salmon was delicious!

Staff overworked, barman very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately he is let down by the kitchen staff. The chefs seems they never cooked before. The Burger pate was burnt, bacon undercooked,and cheese not melted. After complaining, they acknowledge a kitchen issue and offered a chocolate brownie that resulted in getting a 2 star review instead of one. Hopefully they sort out the kitchen issue. Otherwise this would be a good pub to enjoy your meal.

Very disappointed. As a local resident we’d never eaten here before so thought we’d take some visitors over the Christmas period. The food took ages despite it being empty, the chips were so hard they were inedible (I think they’d been refried a number of times), all of the burgers were over cooked and some burnt, and the onion rings were cold and pretty unappetising in appearance. The staff were ok and refunded the onion rings but we got nothing offered in return for such terrible meals, except offering to replace the chips, by which time we’d waited so long for our food we declined as we had to leave. The kids didn’t have time for their desserts and didn’t eat their starters since the pub had run out of garlic bread (the main kids starter). To top it all off, some of the adults felt a bit poorly that evening. Real shame as it would be great to have a decent local pub to eat at with the family (I think the Feathers is adult only?) and somewhere to take visitors but we won’t be going back.
