a moving, sad memorial of both world wars, 1914-1918, and 1939-1945. it represents a symbolic cemetery with small white crosses on the ground. the names of died soldiers from the village in the first world war are mentioned on the rear side of the memorial. they should be on the front...but no names from wwii...the pebbles are scattered on the memorial, they have red stains, maybe it represents blood...the memorial is surrounded by a thick metal chain with thorns...in the village, there is no mention of this memorial, such a shame...
