Previously had one very good massage here. Sadly I booked a massage for my birthday. Was told I would be called in the morning to confirm I would be coming. No call so I called myself and they confirmed my booking. When I arrived they said I must be at the wrong place and they hadn't spoken to me. I showed them the phone calls to their number but they still denied it. No attempt to rearrange or offer any condolencses. They even said this has happened before! Sadly I won't use them again now.

Booked in for a couples massage, got a call 3 days before to confirm booking. On the day they rang in the morning we missed these calls but then we called them back to confirm our appointment again and that we was on our way. We arrived 10 mins early to be told our appointment was gone because we didn’t answer the phone in the morning. The lady denied receiving our call even though we did call so she was just lying. Terrible place and terrible customer service. How many times are you expected to confirm an appointment before it is cancelled? Even more annoying how we called 20 minutes before our appointment to be told it was okay and still booked and then the women then lies and say this did not happen. Really disappointing.

I travelled over three hours to Cheltenham for a holiday. I had called on 12.09.22 to book a couples massage on 19.09.22 as it was my only free day. I was aware that it was the Queen's funeral, so after leaving my contact details, I specifically made sure to ask if they're open for the queen's funeral and she enthusiastically said yes. On the day of the massage, I called as I could not find the place and she had told me that my booking had been cancelled as it was the Queen's funeral. I would understand if they changed their mind since the 12th to then be closed on the 19th, but the lady then decided to lie saying they didn't know it was the queens funeral at the time of my initial call, even though I specifically asked about it and the news was definitely already out by the 12th. She then continued to lie saying they only found out it was the Queens funeral on the morning of the funeral even though I had told them a week in advance and that it was evidently all over the news, so this is absolutely absurd and I would only find this acceptable if everyone in the company lived under a rock and no one could reach out to me to tell me they were closed. What made it worse was that they did not even bother to text or call me about the cancellation, wasting part of my day travelling just to get to them. When I questioned this saying why didn't you contact me, she lied saying I didn't leave my details, when it was a member of staff who specifically asked me for my phone number to make sure they could contact me. The management just doesn't make sense, and I can see why I should've listened to all the negative reviews instead. Waste of time.

Cozy place with great atmosphere and safety for the critical time of pandemic. Friendly staffs with the best service. Very recomended. ????

Disappointed is an understatement !
Having booked an £80 couples massage two days before my appointment, I was extremely disappointed on arrival to find my appointment had been dished out to last minute customers.

On the morning of the massage I was driving and was unable to ‘confirm’ my appointment by text. They assured me that they called to confirm my appointment, yet I didn’t have a single missed call. To discover on arrival that I no longer had an appointment, 10 minutes before my massage, left me feeling extremely let down - despite having assured them I would be attending on the day I called to book the appointment. They should reconsider their booking process and think about taking deposits, if they have such little faith in their customers turning up.

Cancelled our couples appointment on the morning. They text at 08:37am and said we have till 10:00am to confirm. My partner was unable to use her phone that morning - so we lost our booking...
We called up on the Weds evening and said we would be there. They gave us 1hr 23 min on the morning to reconfirm it.

And it was a Friday - not a Saturday! So im intrigued to hear what excuse will be given next?

The fact that your response to my partner solely focuses on her review is appalling! Clearly avoiding the situation instead of the main issue here - which is you cancelling the appointment!
- She still really wanted to rebook and come back - but your complete disregard for service recovery and only looking out for yourselves instead of putting your hands up here, has cost you.
I just don't understand it. There is no need.

I have been a big advocate for traditional Thai massage for many years and it is a great pleasure to know we have some really excellent and well trained masseuses so close. The ambiance is lovely and we had a thoroughly enjoyable couples massage a week ago and I returned due to damage on my shoulder which was considerably lessened by a good massage. Excellent service.

Contacted Royal Orchid Thai massage and they confirmed that a booking was available for 6pm however at 5.30pm when I called to get directions they claimed they were too busy and had already received a couple in place of my booking. Very disappointed as I had cancelled other plans to attend the appointment.
