Having recently moved to the area and no longer being able to use the trusted craftsmen I'd left behind, i was concerned about finding good local tradesmen that I could rely on. CJS were recommended to me & I had them and several other local window fitters provide me a quote. CJS were best for price and level of service offered. Carl and Shaun have done a fantastic job replacing all the windows at my property & went above and beyond my expectations to ensure an excellent finish.
I would happily recommend to others.

We're really pleased with the work Carl and CJS team have done on our new build detached holiday let. Great friendly communicationthroughout, along with excellent skills, knowledge and advice. They've worked on traditional stonework, blockwork, timber framing, roofing quickly and efficiently, tidying up as they go. We've had no issues at all. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend CJS Property Mainatance. He has done work on three properties for me I have never had any reason to call him back for anything.
Carl is a perfectionist and his work is faultless. I have been more than pleased with all the work Carl has done for me and would not use anyone else for any of my home improvements.

I cannot recommend CJS Property Maintenance enough they have done several months work on my property revamping it in spectacular style it isn’t just windows but building work in its entirety. From replacing my stairs, laying my floors, replacing all my doors, lots of woodwork, insulating and making my house a home I am extremely pleased with the work that they have done. What a great service and price provided. Fitted bi-fold doors front, back door and all new windows. Also came to the rescue when someone tried to break into our garage and repaired the roof. Called them at 9am and turned up at 9.30am excellent.
