I have now changed GPs from this surgery because the service I received was absolutely dreadful. The GP had no time to help with my mental health query and just sent me a text with numbers I already had on it. I always got the impression that the Dr just wanted rid of me. The worst practice I've ever been to. The only good thing about it were the reception staff...always friendly and professional.

Had to phone 30+ times to get through to make an appointment for the receptionist to say she made me an appointment at a hub at norwood for 7:30pm, to find out at 6:30 that there is no hub at norwood. Shame as I've been with this gp since I was a child. Its gone way down hill since Dr Grover retired. And the receptionist needs more training by the sounds of it!

All of the receptionists other than the one with the pink coloured hair (she's nice) the rest are AWFUL. ALSO... THEY ONLY HAVE 1 DOCTOR FOR THE ENTITE SURGERY ????!!!!! AND SHE IS BEYOND RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! The most disgusting mannered doctor I've ever come across. I suggest you get a new doctor and more of them!!! Worst service and GP practice I've ever attended. Definitely changing practices ASAP!

Please inform patients that you cannot support them if English is not their first language. Just attached information onto the registration form and someone who is supporting them could inform them and advise them to find another practice.

Friendliest most helpful receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. She gives so much comfort. The doctors are great too. The bad reviews are clearly people who didn’t get what they demanded

If I could give 0 I would both receptionists are disgustingly rude my son is 6 months old and has been refused his prescription milk from both receptionists i would stay clear and follow all negative reviews as this gp is shocking they have 2 very lazy rude receptionist who can’t even be bothered to send a text reminder for appointments or prescriptions
Overweight lazy receptionist can not adequately do there job

Time the doctors should be seeing more patients. And invest in a better phone system. Fed up of ringing so many times and the call just ringing off. May not be an appointment I need for mum. But guaranteed I've rung about 5 times before I can get to order mum's tablets.

Receptionists, nurses and doctors all really friendly and helpful.

Can only get an appointment on the day but that’s due to being so busy.
