Extremely nice and the staff are very friendly so when I'm not at able to make an appointment with the doctor which is like nearly impossible, I pop into Boots and they will help you until you get any

Waiting for a delivery of pain killers from my pharmacy which hadn’t arrived. Turns out someone from Boots has changed my preference of pharmacy to them simply because I went in one day and picked up a prescription. How dare they???!!! I don’t even live at Saltburn and now will have to wait several more days for my delivery

Came for pre-booked flu jab, just to be informed, that weren't doing that day. Another person was there in same situation. Sorry doesn't cut it

Very very helpful and all the staff put you at ease and help you as much as possible , they have a room where you can talk to the pharmacist in private , wouldn't go to another chemist .Top marks for everyone.
