I had amazing experience of this restaurant. They serve quality food with good behaviour. I would love to go again.. I was having Fried chicken rice in this restaurant. My mouth still gets watering ????

Vicky the receptionist at wgp is the rudest unhelpful person I have ever spoken to there, all the other receptionists are very helpful and try there best to find the soonest available appointment but the attitude of this person absolutely stinks, my 4 year old granddaughter was crying in pain with a water infection and I was told by this person to call back in the morning, waited 10 min and called back, cath got me an appointment straight away, absolute horrible person

NEVER BE A PART OF THIS JOKE OF A PRACTICE ! THE WORST DOCTORS WITH THE WORST SERVICE OF THE WORST KIND ALL CONGRIGATE HERE. THERE IS A REASON WHY THIS IS NOMINATED THE WORST DOCTORS IN THE NORTH WEST. It is lettered with reports of misdiagnosis and delayed treatment, these laughable doctors cant even get a prescription right and done on time. Go anywhere but here

I can truly say whenever I ring to make appointment for my son or myself the staff are always very helpful, friendly and obliging. I have always been treated with respect. Our Doctor is so patient and kind and really cares. Thankyou to all the staff for your help.

Delayed treatment is a huge problem at this surgery.. Urgency is not treated as a priority at all.

This is a very busy practice who are doing their very best. I've had nothing but great support from them on every occasion. Well done to all the team working through demanding circumstances and not getting paid enough to do it. I appreciate you.

Disgusting service, Receptionists act like they have the only and final say in any matter, have a very rude tone and absolutely no empathy. The doctors themselves are nigh impossible to reach and one doctor in particular makes up assumption of SERIOUS illness and then backtracks when results are normal and says they didn’t say what they’d said on initial consultation. Extremely condescending I truly regret becoming a patient of Whitby Group Practise and will certainly be looking elsewhere for a new practise.

Whitby surgery is the worst. My partner was 5 mins late to her appointment and they told her its too late now and need to arrange another appointment but yet today she was meant to have a face to face appointment at half 10 but got changed to a phone one as the nurse went home ill. Still waiting for the call now and it's after 4pm. So unprofessional and place is a joke.
