Being located in the middle of a crowded residential area, it is an advantage for those who live there as they don't need to buy from small groceries and pay much more for the same items.

Staff aren't much aware of products, and the assistance is not something you expect there. Many incidents caused me more search to find an item because the staff mostly say it's not available and never bother to take a look.

I would expect more for the high prices they have compared to other department stores.

Sometimes they have good offers, but I hope that they reconsider their prices and their staff selection.

The Al Rashidiya garment cashier on the first floor very nice and helpful not like cashier on Al Naimiyah or Al Jurf branch very careless many thanks for your best cashier

Wake up Safeer, u can do better at this place. Good location, clumsy parking area and very chaotic isle organization. But not much clothing or household variety. This place can use area wisely but left it to rott.

Great selection of all house hold items and groceries at good value always. An all-in-one shopping centre where you can get all your needs under one roof.
