Worst Service. They sold coupons and never came back. We have been trying to get Water from them for last 2 weeks and everyday they say we will deliver today but never do.

Very bad customer services, drivers have no manners how to deal with customer. Driver name iqbal is very bad and I ask him when u can deliver then he said by 10am but when I follow up on call he said by 12:30 pm and after waiting till 1:00 pm I called again and he said please take water from some other company. I don’t know when I can deliver the water, we really don’t want customer like you.
Is that how companies treat there customer; i have to leave for some important work that’s why I follow up. But really amazed that in uae there are companies still exist who can say go and ask someone else for the services.....

This company is pure evil. They have sold coupons per bottle to customers and disappeared from the market. All mobile numbers are not responding. Contact Numbers mentioned on the booklet is fake or switched off. If somehow anyone pick up, s/he will respond saying "I am not working in that company. Or I have resigned". Legal action is reqired to take against those frauds.

I try to contact their sales agent for a week but he did not answer my call. Very bad customer service.
