I have been with Whistlers for year now. But since it changed hand its getting worse I can guarantee I have to ring up for things that been mist off my script just waste of time. If Miss Whistler had there she would not have stood for it.Plus they must take the phone off the hook as I have been trying to speak to them since 4 pm. When I got though to them at 5.30 I was told that they very busy it took me 40 calls. But at one point I rang from the land line and used ring back and it did ring back bang on 5.30 closing time. And then they said it was due to being busy but how come I rang just before 5.30 and was engaged.

I have been using Whistlers as my pharmacist since July 2000. I have a lot of needs and they are always helpful, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

Travel 40 miles for a vaccine & they don't have it in stock. Even tho I had appointment. Didn't let me know
