Found a bone in a shuwarma. Called the manager, and he told me food quality is not in our hands.

Bad customer service.. I had ordered a sandwich and it was faulty I asked the waiters to check but they ignored it. Then we spoke to manager and the manager didnt know how to deal with customers. Instead of accepting the mistake they tried to ignore it... ridiculous..
