They have no idea of professionalism. I recently visited their office to inquire about technical service license information, but the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and disinterested and told me to get information online. While I understand that many resources are available online, I believe that as a customer, I should be able to expect better service when visiting a physical location. I hope that this review can help to encourage the company to improve its customer service.

The service was very bad. The number had been called. The office staff still played with their mobile phones and ignored the customers

Google should have zero star ratings.....first time I am seeing worst service than indian govt offices in UAE. As all services are govt related, I request ajman Govt should visit and take actions. I went for labour contract print out (85 AED). But waited for 45min with only 4 customer and 8 working team.

Worst experience ever had! The people who have got appointed there in each counter doesnt even provide any assistance, if so some one had provided, that too the wrong information.

Most of the people visit there with a hope that they would get some sort of assistance regarding the new visa schemes.
But to be honest, I had been provided with the wrong information as well as worst services ever I had.

i was really unsatisfied with the service from this branch, i went there to register a complain for my boss. The lady who attended me seems unprofessional enough she doesn't even know how to greet or even smile, I have been in a customer service industry and a simple greeting or smile can really make a big impact to the customer/complainant. She can't even understand me, i'm talking to her in English and i'm quite sure she heard me, or maybe her attention was too occupied since when she came to sit on her counter they kept chichatting with her colleague, i'm not arabic but i can comprehend a bit of what they are talking. Is it rightful enough on working hours with a complainant in front of you and you are just talking with your colleague about keratin/buttocks?. While the lady on her side whom she is talking with, kept filling her nails. We came there to complain and find someone to listen to our concerns, we don't have time to watch you guys file your nails and listen to your salon services make over.She didn't even asked me what is my complain she just took my documents and done. They should probably need more training about proper work etiquette.

Honestly, This is the worst TASHEEL Center I have been to. On my first visit they gave me the wrong information. On the second visit I was wearing shorts and they told its not allowed. I left and went back to the TASHEEL center near Ramada and they were very professional

Unfortunately very bad experience with them ..
Most of desk staff are too slow and only wasting customers time..

One star is more than enough.
