After researching the bags online I visited the store in Bluewater, I had whittled it down to three and after having a good look at all three, I was greeted by a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly member of staff called Louise, she asked me very practical questions about what I wanted from the bag, which eliminated two and left me with the one that I purchased. She showed me how to use the different crossover straps and then even personalised it with a monogram of my initials. I am so happy with my purchase, I love the brand and the fact that It had a years guarantee and lifetime cleaning and moisturising for no extra charge. I will definitely buy the coach brand and visit this store in future. Thank you Louise! you are a credit to Coach.
