A small shopping centre located near Black Square Building in Al Rashidya. This mall have KFC and Pizza hut near the entrance and Lulu express inside this shopping centre. It's not a crowded shopping centre. It also have a parking area.

This Mall has KFC, Hardee's, Pizza Hut, Lulu Express, Snow White. You can visit for the purpose, not a place to hangout. So many shops are there to be opened. And so not at all crowded.

"The mall" is located near the 'black remada' hotel Ajman.
One of the main advantage of this shopping complex is the presence of lulu express. KFC and Pizza Hut have their shop in this mall.
Snow white cloths are also included.
Nice location and we'll parking area.
Kindly include one money exchange facility.
All are good...

Other than the fast food restaurants, this mall doesn't have much to visit.

Waiting for all the shops to open up. The Lulu Supermarket is great for daily needs. There's a pharmacy and a clothes store here, looking forward to the new upcoming stores in the coming months

3 stars only because of Lulu Express supermarket and eateries on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is just a sad sight with empty rows of unoccupied spaces. At the time of visit on 10 Mar 2023, it is just, The (sad) Mall. :(

A Medium crowded shopping mall located in ajman rashidiya 1 near by ramada hotel and crown palace. Importantant shops (lulu express, rak bank, KFC , pizahut, Hardee's )

The mall is good for only pizza,kfc and hardees... inside mall there is nothing... things are not available most of the time..
