It's inside Black Ramada 2nd floor , Health Card services are not provide here for that you have to go Al Hamidiya health center , hope it helps .

Nobody picks the call. Literally i called them 18 times they picked the call 2 times and they said they will connect the call to the birth certificate department and disconnected the call.

The ministry of health is located inside the black square building. Although its not visible but its inside that.

The nurses have been fantastic, really friendly and put me completely at ease. There are two reception desks and neither seem to know what to do. Also called today several times without answer, maybe staffing the desks over lunch would be a good plan.

Impossible to make an appointment with doctors. Reception is bad, always like everyone is busy. Polyclinic by score minus 100
