A pub I first used in the 1970s. On the corner of Manor Street this traditional former two room pub was refurbished into one large room. A wide selection of beers and ciders including some nice cask conditioned real ale. It's still has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and is deservedly a very popular drinking pub.

I really love this pub, it has a great feel to the place. It was absolutely rammed when we went in on the 27th but the staff were super friendly to everyone and in high spirits. Reasonably priced beer and spirits with the only downside being the trek up the stairs to the restroom. I would highly recommend visiting this pub for a great atmosphere and good time.

A "local" feel in the city centre. Decent size telly's. Afternoon with a drink and some sport.????
