Even though the water is good in taste but their customer service is absolutely pathetic and it gets even worse since you will have to follow up multiple times for home delivery day and night
Most of the time the answering staff has language issue and asks to call back after sometime
Earlier didn’t gave this issue but now it’s a pain

Very poor customer service. The delivery guys apparently don't care if you're desperately in need of water despite following up multiple times in a day. They always take their own sweet time to deliver the cans. Choose them at your own risk.

Basically too much busy on fridays after namaz...

This is one of the old drinking water company in ajman.

There rates are cheaper.

But need to purchase the bottle in order to have there service.

They have both delivery and pick up. Both are of different rates.

Used to be very good. But now you need to wait for three dayes to get your water delivered to your home. You decide.
