I was a customer for them for last few years with purchases of 4+ laptops, cameras, WiFi routers and so on. I was recommending my friends and known persons to visit them before taking a decision to purchase used laptops and mobile phones. But now when it comes to warranty service, their manager Mr. Mansoor is blaming me that the laptop is with physical damage and they need money. I’m 100% sure that we didn’t met with any physical damage. Out of 40 days warranty period, an issue came within 25 days also they are blaming me just to ask us AED 160/-. Very poor customer care and I can see their attitude when it comes a warranty claim. I’ll never promote this Xpro computer trading to any of my contacts because of this. Moreover Mr. Mansoor’s attitude towards me was horrible over the phone.

iam tierd in one month i went more than 14 times to fix my phone everytime they make new issue to the phone i dont know how they fix or how the work .
last time they said keep the phone one day to test and iam waiting to ask me about the passcode to check but he dont care he didnt ask when i come to take the phone i ask him do you check he said yes but when i ask him how u check i dont know the passcode to check he smile and said i didnt check even my mobile now still have problem i will not go there anymore and i will inform anyone dont fix ur mobile there .
and i need manager to contact me

One of the poorest customer service that I have faced with. staff need to understand how to interact with customers. How to establish and engage with customers. I had given a phone for service and no call back after 4 call to the phone number given

I bought JBL headphones for gaming they said this is very nice for gaming and they give 3 months warrenty I bought same time after 2 days of using headphone have problems I went to the shop to repair or exchange they said sorry we cannot do anything

Note: If you trust they will betray you at last.

Online is far far better than this fraud shop

I had the worst experience here. I had to change my display and unluckily gave my One plus Nord phone to Xpro Computer Trading for fixing the display. They called me on the night 8th of April and said that they had fixed it .I took my phone back and checked and I admit that it was working fine.I paid 500 aed for the service .Two hours after i received the phone,I found that the display was off again and my phone was not even charging . Basically ,they literally messed up my phone. I went there for raising a complaint and they literally said that it I am the one responsible for it and that there won't be any refund of any type. Adding to that, the technician was very rude saying that I am lying. I lost my 500 aed and these guys are not even sorry about it . Infact they were super rude .
I ask all the people of Ajman to be careful while dealing with these kind of unethical shops who are looting people in the name of business.
