What a bad customer service, they claim they fix phone with one of the highest prices in the market. I fixed my phone screen and then my speak stoped working I called them more than 10 time but they never picked up I even called MOE call center to contact them, so I went to the kiosk to be told to come back the next day. If you are a mobile service shop why don’t you answer your calls for inquiries? When I was there they called a manager and a technician but with no surprise they did not answer the call. I think you guys should fix your communication and customer service before fixing mobile phones

My Name is Sohaib.
The worst company I ever seen in my life. They are liars especially the HR department doing cruel on the people who don't have an idea and new joiners. I suggest not to work there you'll waste your time and money. They don't give salary & commission and visa. I am very dispointed as I worked there 2 & half month my visa is about to expire and when asked them to give me visa HR said call your area supervisor. Mr Suleman told me evey time we give you visa next week.Again next week.again next week. In the end and then they have useless policies totally different from their contract, they will sign a offer later from you and then they'll not give it to you. Nobody is happy there even the people who are holding visa of their company. This is my honest feedback to those people who are looking to work in this company.

They don't give salary and visa and humiliate you in the end and then they have useless policies totally different from their contract, they will sign a offer later from you and then they'll not give it to you. Nobody is happy there even the people who are holding visa of their company. This is my honest feedback to those people who are looking to work in this company especially to sell department.
I am very dispointed as I worked there till 1 month my visa is about to expire and when asked them to give me visa they said you have to do more while I was competing to their old stuff in the term of making sales. I wasted more than 1500 diraham in one month in transportation,food,accommodation and in return I got nothing, now i even not able to extend my visa! Allah subhantallah watching us. Bad luck to the hr department who are just using people you guys even don't know that how people are struggling here.

A respectable company with its customers, its products are always different from others.. and if the price of something in it increases, it is because it is different, and I like that difference from others.. its employees in the Mall of the Emirates I dealt with all of them and there were also talks until now .. I advise you to rely on them in all matters of your phones ..about experience

I visited their branch in Ibn Battuta Mall about six months ago to buy a screen protector and cover for my phone. To be honest, the quality of the case is great and I still use it like new, I will add it to my favorite store list
